We interview Trophy Brewing Company owners Chris Powers and woody Lockwood, and head brewer, Les Stewart. They tell us about how they each got started int he beer business, how they got the name of the company, their biggest brewing influences, and they talk a bit about home brewing. They were also kind enough to answer listener questions about their tap handles, their $10,000 kickstarted beer, why growlers are better, and some of their naming choices.
