Happy Thanksgiving, Caskers! We have a great episode for you today as we look at beer and food pairings for Thanksgiving meals! We sample parmesan and vegetable Latkes paired with Carolina Brewing Company’s Carolina Pale Ale, turkey and cranberry orange relish paired with B. Necktar’s Zombie Killer, green bean casserole with paired with Bear Republic’s Hop Rod Rye, scalloped potatoes paired with Bell’s Best Brown Ale, and pumpkin mousse pie paired with Sam Adams’ Merry Maker.
