Tales From the Cask Craft Beer Podcast

We take our show on the road once again with an exhilarating ride around downtown Fuquay on the Brewquay Prowler as well as sample a plethora of new and unique beers from DuClaw.

In the news this week we discuss Mardi Gras themed brews, share Asbury Park Press’s picks for beers to pair with Oscar nominated films. Also, NPR explores the ever growing trend of hazy IPAs,IIndiana beer drinkers are the latest to benefit from a distribution expansion from America’s oldest brewery. Lastly, the continuing saga of the famed Celis White gets new life in Austin.

We had a bountiful number of guests this week headed off by Lou Kazman & Donnie Hicks of the Brewquay Prowler, a craft beer focused dune buggy that offers tours to local breweries and beyond. Stepping in right behind Lou and Donnie we were pleasantly interrupted but old friends and previous Tales guests Glen Selby and Adam Eshbaugh who teamed up for the day to put together our largest ever DuClaw tap takeover. We tried new and rare beers which included “ “JD” Barrel aged Serum, Mysterium Spiced Ale, Gingerbread Euforia Toffee Nut Brown, and the all new Farmhouse Style Neon Gypsy.
