Tales From the Cask Craft Beer Podcast

Greetings from the sunny lands, it's Tales From the Cask Episode 20!  In this milestone episode we are pleased to have our first returning guest, Eric McCrory from Boston Beer Company.  We share some great stories with Eric and have a great time as always.  We discuss a study that predicts the craft beer boom may be slowing, share or thoughts on Alchemy & Science's acquisition of Coney Island Craft Beer Brands, and share an interesting news story about Purdue University opening up a new craft brew bar on campus.

Eric tells us some of the perks and insights from working inside Boston Beer Company, tells us about his new role as he relocates to Chicago, and talks about the people and beers he'll miss most from North Carolina.  In our feedback segment we answer questions about beer freshness, fun ways to celebrate Raleigh Beer Week, and share a listener's Tweet about Angry Orchards Crisp Apple and Apple Ginger Ciders.

On tap for this episode is some crazzzzzzzy stuff from Tony and Eric's cellars!  We taste Westvleteren XII and Three Floyd's Dark Lord!

We’d love to hear your feedback and brew suggestions! Call in your feedback by calling (919) 502-0280 or email us at talesfromthecask@gmail.com.
