Tales From the Cask Craft Beer Podcast

Chip is out of town so Tony and Jenn are on location for this week’s episode of Tales From the Cask!  In Episode 48 we visit Lynnwood Brewing Concern and speak with Ted Dwyer and Bill Gerds, owner and brewmaster.  We sample several Lynnwood Brewing beers including Blonde Moment Belgian Blonde, Dry Stout, Hubris Imperial IPA, and Once You Go Black IPA.

Ted and Bill share their journey into the beer business and why they chose to set up shop in North Carolina.  They tell us about the first style of beer that they brewed, and give us a look into the future of Lynnwood Brewing Concern.

In our news segment we share a story about craft beer taps being installed at the Colorado governor’s mansion, an amendment to Florida’s controversial beer growler bill, and a new beer from Dock Street Brewing Company made with smoked goat brains.

We also share a lot of great listener feedback and responses to last week’s Cask Quiz.

This week’s #caskquiz question is, “What are you doing to celebrate NC beer month, or your local beer month?

We’d love to hear your feedback and brew suggestions! Share your feedback by calling (919) 502-0280 or email us at talesfromthecask@gmail.com
