Tales From the Cask Craft Beer Podcast

Bonjour Caskers!  The whole gang is back together for Episode 28 of Tales From the Cask and we’re doing a food pairing with European beers!  More specifically, we’re sampling food from John Holl’s book, “The American Craft Beer Cookbook” and pairing them with the French and Belgian beers Brasserie DuPont Avril Bière de Table, Castelain Blond Bière de Garde, and Rodenbach Caractère Rouge.

In our feedback segment, we explain the Cicerone Program. We hear your comments on last week’s show with Aubrey from Sierra Nevada. We share thoughts on ice cream and beer, the purpose of honey in beer, and some interesting historical facts.

In our news segment we discuss some good beers in Berlin, a new look at the beer vs. wine debate, how to use an iPhone to brew your beer, and genetically engineered yeast.

We’d love to hear your feedback and brew suggestions! Call in your feedback by calling (919) 502-0280 or email us at talesfromthecask@gmail.com.
